This Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar browser-storage technologies used by ProjectHub Pvt. Ltd. We distinguish between technologies required for ProjectHub to work and optional technologies enabled only when you choose them.

1. Essential technologies

ProjectHub uses essential technologies for authentication, maintaining secure sessions, remembering consent choices and providing core functionality.

2. Consent preference cookie

ph_cookie_consent — essential consent-preference cookie. It records whether you accepted or rejected optional analytics and marketing technologies. The current implementation stores this preference for up to one year.

3. Analytics visitor cookie

ph_visitor_id — optional analytics cookie. It provides a returning-visitor identifier for first-party visitor measurement. It is created only after Analytics consent and may remain for up to one year. Project view tracking is also controlled by analytics consent.

4. Authentication and security cookies

ProjectHub's authentication infrastructure may set session or refresh cookies required to keep you signed in and protect authenticated requests. These technologies are essential when you use authenticated features.

5. Payment and third-party technologies

When you open a payment checkout, the payment provider may use cookies, browser storage, SDKs or similar technologies for checkout functionality, fraud prevention, security and payment processing. Those technologies are subject to the provider's own privacy and cookie policies.

6. Marketing technologies

ProjectHub currently does not activate its own advertising or campaign-measurement technologies. The Marketing category exists so that ProjectHub can obtain a preference before any such technology is introduced.

7. How consent works

When a visitor has not made a cookie choice, ProjectHub presents a cookie banner. You can accept all optional categories, reject non-essential categories, or manage preferences individually. Essential technologies remain active because they are required for the service and consent controls to operate.

8. Changing your choice

Use the Cookie settings control shown on the site to review or change optional preferences. Changing your preference does not necessarily erase data already collected before the change; such data remains governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable retention requirements.

9. Browser controls

Most browsers allow you to block, delete or restrict cookies through privacy settings. Blocking essential cookies can prevent authentication and other ProjectHub functionality from working correctly.

We may update this policy when we introduce or remove cookies, analytics tools, payment integrations or other technologies. The current version will be published on this page.
