Terms of service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ProjectHub, a platform operated by ProjectHub Pvt. Ltd. ("ProjectHub", "we", "us" or "our"). By creating an account, submitting a project, using the community, placing an auction bid, purchasing a promotion, or otherwise using ProjectHub, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from this page.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the law applicable to you. ProjectHub is not directed to children. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account. You must provide information that is accurate, current and not misleading, and update it when it materially changes.

3. What ProjectHub provides

ProjectHub provides product discovery, project launch, community and promotional services for founders, makers, developers and businesses. ProjectHub may display submitted projects, facilitate discovery and engagement, and sell promotional placements. ProjectHub does not guarantee any particular number of views, clicks, upvotes, followers, leads, customers, rankings, conversions or other results.

4. Project submissions and creator responsibility

Creators are responsible for the accuracy, legality, originality and completeness of project information they submit, including descriptions, websites, GitHub repositories, logos, preview images, social links and claims about products or services. You must have all rights and permissions necessary to submit and publish that material.

ProjectHub may review submissions, perform ownership or authenticity checks, delay publication, request information, reject a submission, limit visibility, or remove a project where we reasonably believe it violates these Terms, applicable law, another person's rights, or ProjectHub's safety and integrity standards.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use ProjectHub for unlawful activity, fraud, impersonation, harassment, deceptive advertising, phishing, malware distribution, unauthorized access, abusive automation, or infringement of intellectual-property, privacy, publicity or other rights.

You may not manipulate votes, views, followers, auction bids, rankings or promotional metrics, create accounts to evade restrictions, or circumvent ProjectHub's moderation, rate limits, verification or payment controls.

6. Community features

Community posts, replies and comments must remain relevant, lawful and respectful. You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant ProjectHub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt for technical formatting, display and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote and improve ProjectHub.

7. Intellectual property

ProjectHub and its original software, interface, branding, logos, design elements, text and other materials are owned by or licensed to ProjectHub. Except as expressly permitted by law or by us in writing, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer or create derivative works from ProjectHub's proprietary materials.

Project names, trademarks, logos, code, images and other materials belonging to creators or third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Promotions and featured placement

ProjectHub may offer paid promotional services, including featured placements and homepage promotion. Availability, pricing, duration, eligibility and placement are determined by the applicable product page, checkout flow and platform rules in effect when you purchase.

A paid placement is promotional visibility, not an endorsement, certification, investment decision or guarantee of business success. ProjectHub may remove or pause a promoted project where required by law, platform policy, payment issues, abuse, verification concerns or breach of these Terms.

9. Homepage auctions

Homepage placements may be allocated through a 24-hour auction. Unless the applicable interface states otherwise, no payment is due merely for submitting a bid. A winning bidder may receive a 15-minute payment window after settlement. If the winner does not complete payment within that window, the opportunity may expire and ProjectHub may offer the placement to the next eligible bidder under the auction rules.

Bids are subject to the auction rules in effect when they are submitted. ProjectHub may invalidate bids affected by fraud, technical error, account restrictions or other integrity issues.

10. Payments

Paid ProjectHub services are processed through the payment provider presented at checkout, currently Razorpay for supported transactions. ProjectHub may receive payment identifiers, transaction status, amount, currency and related payment references needed to reconcile transactions, but does not intend to store raw card credentials as part of its normal payment flow.

You must use only an authorized payment method. Promotional or auction activation occurs only after the applicable payment is successfully verified and accepted by ProjectHub.

11. Refunds and cancellations

Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy. In general, successfully activated promotional placements are not refundable merely because a customer changes their mind or because expected traffic or commercial performance is not achieved.

12. Third-party services and links

ProjectHub may rely on third-party services for hosting, authentication, payments, email delivery, analytics, verification and other functionality. Third-party websites and services are subject to their own terms and policies.

13. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of ProjectHub, including features, pricing, promotional inventory, auction rules and community functionality. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with an effective date.

14. Suspension and termination

ProjectHub may suspend, restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, moderation, legal compliance, payment integrity, or a material violation of these Terms. Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

15. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProjectHub is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, complete accuracy of third-party information, or any particular commercial outcome.

ProjectHub is a discovery and promotion platform. Publication of a project does not constitute an endorsement, certification, guarantee or investment recommendation.

16. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ProjectHub Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or expected business opportunity arising from use of the platform. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

17. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless ProjectHub Pvt. Ltd. and its personnel from claims, losses, liabilities, costs and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of ProjectHub, your submitted content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer or other rights that apply to you. The parties will first attempt in good faith to resolve disputes through the support contact. Subject to applicable law, courts having jurisdiction in Pune, Maharashtra will have jurisdiction over disputes not resolved through that process.

Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, and our use of cookies and similar technologies is described in the Cookie Policy.
